1: Recruitment, train agents and generate business through them in the assigned territory.
2: Tracking activation of the same regularly.
3: To establish a performance culture in the team, through regular performance evaluation / reviews and robust monitoring mechanisms
4: To take initiative for teams development through productivity improvement drives and /or training programs to enable them to achieve / exceed their assigned business targets.
5: To ensure compliance and implementation of desired business practice for quality business procurement.
6: Training & Development Ensure the Product training to the part time employees and resolving the queries as when they need it.
7: Helping with call demonstration to HNI clients with part time employees,
8: Tracking the performance of part time sales force on regular basis.
9: Responsible for quality team development and playing important role in expanding the market.
