A Honda Technician for Power Products is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing Honda's range of power-generating equipment, including generators, pumps, and other small engines. This role involves a combination of technical skills, hands-on experience, and customer service abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnosis and Repair:

  Identify and fix mechanical and electrical issues in Honda power equipment using diagnostic tools and procedures. 

• Preventative Maintenance:

  Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and longevity of the equipment. 

• Customer Interaction:

  Consult with customers to understand their needs, provide technical advice, and explain repairs. 

• Service Documentation:

  Accurately document all repairs, maintenance, and service work, including parts used and time spent. 

• Safety Compliance:

  Adhere to safety regulations and procedures when working with power equipment and tools.
