Eligibility Criteria:

• 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality industry.

• Good communication, coordination and MS Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection and onboarding.
• Handle employee attendance, leave management and HR documentation.
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and statutory compliance.
• Drive employee engagement, welfare and retention initiatives.
• Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
• Coordinate training and development activities.
• Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain HR MIS, manpower trackers and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with HODs for manpower planning and operational HR requirements.
