Receptionist Cum Telecaller is responsible for managing front-office operations and handling customer communication through telephone calls. The role involves welcoming visitors, attending incoming calls, making outgoing calls, responding to customer enquiries, coordinating appointments, and conducting follow-ups with prospective customers.


Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Odia, Hindi and English.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel and Internet).
• Knowledge of WhatsApp and email handling.
• Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
• Positive attitude, punctuality and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in reception or telecalling will be preferred.
   

Key Responsibilities

• Manage front-desk operations and greet visitors professionally.
• Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide relevant information.
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
• Follow up with customers and schedule appointments.
