Telecalling Executive is responsible for contacting customers over the phone, providing information about products or services, generating leads, handling inquiries, and maintaining customer relationships through regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities :

• Make inbound and outbound calls to customers and provide relevant information.
• Explain company products, services, and offers to potential customers.
• Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain daily calling records, customer databases, and follow-up reports.
• Achieve calling targets and support the sales and business development team.
