Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project implementation across all districts of West Bengal under DDU-GKY 2.0.
• Identify eligible rural youth and ensure candidate mobilization and enrollment.
• Coordinate with Block-level officials, Gram Panchayats, and government departments.
• Monitor training centre activities, candidate attendance, and training progress.
• Ensure timely completion of assessments, certifications, and project documentation.
• Develop employer networks and identify suitable placement opportunities for trained candidates.
• Coordinate campus drives, interviews, job offers, and candidate joining.
• Track placement targets, retention, post-placement support, and candidate feedback.
• Prepare district-wise progress reports and ensure compliance with project guidelines.
• Conduct regular field visits and coordinate with the State Project Team to achieve project targets.
