Eligibility: B.Tech (Mechanical) Candidates can apply for this job

Reporting: Daily reporting to the management in office.

Key Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities by engaging with new potential clients.
• Collaborate with architects, consultants, and cross-functional teams such as PMC and or any other stake holders for generating new business opportunities.
• Conduct Heat load calculations & create HVAC system design concept / scheme relevant to projects.
• Create complete technical & commercial proposal in coordination with the office as per office guidelines and get approval and order for the same.
• Carry out Execution, Installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC system as per approved drawings,
• Perform resource planning for manpower and materials and get the project executed.
• Preparation of measurement documents and as-built drawings on regular basis as per the progress of work at site.
• Submission of Bills on regular basis as per progress of work at site, getting the same approved from client and collection of payments.
• Manage after-sales support to customers and create revenue through securing annual maintenance contracts (AMCs) for projects executed.
• Create Man power for carrying out after-sales service activities for AMCs.
• Prepare all documentation related to above responsibilities, relevant reports and plans in coordination with office.
• Collection of Payment and relevant statutory documents
