Candidate Requirements

• Age: Up to 33 years
• Shift: Night Shift
• Working Hours: Approx. 9–14 hours depending on the route
• Good communication and customer-handling skills preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Assist passengers during boarding and help them locate their seats.
• Contact and guide passengers to the correct boarding point.
• Check passenger facilities and amenities before and during the journey.
• Support passengers throughout the trip.
• Coordinate with the operations team regarding passenger concerns.
• Support spot bookings and maintain related records.
• Provide professional customer service during the journey.
