Key Responsibilities

• Loading and Unloading Operations: Supervise and coordinate the loading and unloading of goods at the warehouse in collaboration with the warehouse labor team, ensuring smooth and timely execution of daily operations.
• Goods Scanning and Verification: Ensure that every item received at the warehouse is properly scanned and verified against the relevant documents and system records to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Goods Handling and Storage: Ensure that all received goods are handled carefully, properly sorted, and placed in their designated storage locations as per warehouse procedures.
• Invoice and Delivery Document Handling: Receive and verify invoices, bills, delivery challans, and other relevant documents accompanying incoming goods, ensuring proper acknowledgment and return of documents wherever required.
• Document Uploading and System Updates: Ensure that all invoices and relevant receiving documents are accurately uploaded into the warehouse management system (WMS) or designated software within the stipulated timeline.
• Labor Coordination: Coordinate with warehouse laborers to ensure the efficient execution of loading, unloading, scanning, sorting, and storage activities.
• Operational Accuracy and Compliance: Ensure that all warehouse activities are carried out accurately and in accordance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety guidelines.
• Daily Operations Management: Monitor day-to-day warehouse activities to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and smooth workflow within the warehouse.
