Job Eligibility Criteria

• ITI Trades: All trades eligible, including Moulding and Paint Trades.
• Diploma Candidates: Eligible diploma holders.
• Work Location: MET City, Yakubpur, Jhajjar, Haryana.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily production and manufacturing operations.
• Operate and handle machines, tools and equipment according to assigned duties and training.
• Support moulding, painting and other production-related activities, wherever applicable.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain product quality.
• Perform basic quality inspections and report defects to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workplace according to 5S practices.
• Follow company safety guidelines and use the required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets.
• Handle materials and components carefully during manufacturing and assembly processes.
• Work in shifts and perform overtime as required by company policy.

Working Hours and Shift Details

• Regular shift: 8 hours per day.
• Total working time mentioned in the hiring flyer: approximately 12 hours per day, including around 3 hours of overtime.
• Overtime is compulsory as per the hiring information.
• Shift allocation and overtime arrangements will be confirmed by the company.
