Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1 technical support for ONT/ONU devices to ISPs, partners, and end customers via call, email, and ticketing system
• Troubleshoot common issues: no link/LOS, PON LED status, no internet, PPPoE/DHCP/bridge mode problems, and WiFi speed and coverage issues
• Perform remote configuration and basic diagnostics through the device web GUI/Telnet
• Assist with WiFi settings, VLAN, port forwarding, VoIP/SIP basics, and firmware upgrade guidance
• Check ONU registration status, optical power levels, and alarms on EPON/GPON OLT
• Log, track, and escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 with proper logs and detailed documentation
• Maintain issue records and follow SLA and TAT commitments
