• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the hiring process from identifying vacancies to offer rollout and joining.
• HR Operations: Maintain employee records, update HR systems, and manage employee documentation.
• Employee Onboarding: Coordinate joining formalities, background verification, induction, and orientation.
• Employee Engagement: Organise engagement activities, employee communication, and workplace initiatives.
• Payroll Coordination: Support payroll inputs, attendance records, leave management, and benefits administration.
• HR Business Partner (HRBP) Support: Work with business managers on workforce planning, employee concerns, and HR policies.
• Learning & Development: Coordinate employee training, development programmes, and training records.
• Performance Management: Support appraisal cycles, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
• Employee Relations: Handle employee queries, workplace concerns, and policy-related matters.
• HR Reporting & Analytics: Prepare reports on hiring, attrition, headcount, and other HR metrics.
• HR Compliance: Help ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
