M B Football Club  is a grassroots football club founded over three years ago and one of the  grassroots clubs in Bengaluru. We are a strongly community-driven club focused on  building conscious footballers. We run one centre today and are expanding aggressively.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Operations
     * Head day-to-day ground operations at the centre
     * Own customer relationships with parents and players
     * Track fee collections and manage invoicing
     * Plan and run community events
     * Work with the social media team on content and campaigns
     * Bring new ideas to improve the club experience
 

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and oversee daily business operations.
• Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Supervise employees and assign tasks.
• Monitor team performance and achieve business goals.
• Ensure smooth coordination between departments.
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational costs.
• Identify problems and implement effective solutions.
• Prepare operational reports and present them to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead teams to improve productivity and overall business performance.
