Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Minimum 50% in Class 10 and 60% in Diploma.
• Eligible Streams: Mechanical, Automobile, Mechatronics, Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electronics & Instrumentation (E&I), Production, Tool & Die, Instrumentation, Metallurgy, Telecommunication Engineering, and Plastic Molding.
• Backlogs: No active backlogs at the time of joining; candidates with a history of cleared backlogs are eligible.
• Age Limit: 18–22 years as of the joining date.
   

Salary and Benefits

• Designation: Operating Engineer Trainee (Production Trainee during the first year).
• First-Year CTC: ₹2,24,347 per annum.
• Monthly Gross Salary: ₹19,000.
• Monthly In-Hand Salary: Approximately ₹17,000.
• Travel Reimbursement: Train tickets up to 2nd AC will be reimbursed.
• Accommodation: Free, secured hostel accommodation with a warden during the first year. For female candidates, ₹1,000 per month will be deducted from the second year onwards.

Key Responsibilities 

• Operate and monitor production machines and equipment as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Assist in daily manufacturing and production activities to achieve production targets.
• Perform basic machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Inspect components and finished products to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Follow workplace safety guidelines, 5S practices, and company policies.
• Identify and report machine malfunctions, production issues, and quality defects.
