Key Responsibilities

• Perform welding activities using MIG, TIG, Arc, or Gas welding as required.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding specifications.
• Prepare, align, and weld metal components accurately as per specifications.
• Inspect welds for quality, strength, and dimensional accuracy.
• Operate and maintain welding machines, tools, and equipment safely.
• Perform cutting, grinding, fitting, and finishing of metal components.
• Identify and rectify welding defects and ensure proper finishing.
• Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, 5S, and quality standards.
• Maintain welding equipment and ensure a clean and safe work area.
• Meet production targets while maintaining required quality standards.
