Roles ;

• Assess and treat sports injuries.
• Provide injury prevention and rehabilitation programs.
• Help athletes recover after injuries or surgery.
• Improve strength, flexibility, mobility, and fitness.
• Provide first aid and immediate injury management during matches.
• Monitor athletes’ physical condition and recovery.
• Advise on warm-up, stretching, and exercise routines.
• Work with coaches and sports staff to support athlete performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical assessments of athletes.
• Identify movement and muscle-related problems.
• Create customized exercise and recovery plans.
• Perform manual therapy and therapeutic techniques.
• Manage pain and reduce swelling after injuries.
• Support athletes during training and competitions.
• Guide athletes on proper posture and movement techniques.
• Recommend preventive exercises to reduce injury risk.
• Track recovery and update treatment plans.
• Educate athletes about fitness, recovery, and injury prevention.
• Maintain patient/athlete treatment records.
• Coordinate with doctors, coaches, and sports trainers.
