Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Supervise inbound, outbound, loading, unloading, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure proper receiving, counting, checking, and storage of goods.
• Monitor inventory movement and maintain accurate stock records.
• Conduct regular stock verification and identify shortages, excess, or damaged materials.
• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, customers, and internal operations teams.
• Ensure timely dispatch of shipments and adherence to operational schedules.
• Maintain warehouse documents, registers, system entries, and daily operational reports.
• Handle manpower-related issues and ensure smooth workflow during shifts.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline within the warehouse.
• Identify operational issues and take corrective action or escalate them to management.
• Train and guide warehouse staff on work procedures and safety practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse safety standards.
