Job Purpose
To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all engineering systems, equipment, and facilities by carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance and attending to day-to-day technical requirements.

Desired Skills 

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple maintenance tasks independently.
• Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
   

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance and repair work related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general engineering systems.
• Attend to guest room and public area maintenance complaints promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, machinery, electrical systems, and other facilities.
• Perform preventive maintenance as per the maintenance schedule.
• Identify technical issues and take timely corrective action.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained and safely used.
• Support the Engineering team during breakdowns, emergencies, and special maintenance requirements.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance work and equipment issues.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and hotel engineering standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure minimum disruption to hotel operations.
