Opening for  Sr. Program Manager – Sports & Physical Literacy

Education: Master’s in Social Work, Development Studies, Management, Public Policy, Sports Management, or equivalent experience

Role : Lead end-to-end sports and physical literacy programmes, ensuring strong programme delivery, funder compliance, budgets, partnerships and impact.
 

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Lead programme planning, delivery and field operations
• Manage CSR funders, proposals, reporting and UCs
• Track budgets, MIS, KPIs and programme outcomes
• Build government, school and ecosystem partnerships
• Lead and develop programme teams and coaches
• Strong CSR grant management and budgeting skills
• Excellent English & Hindi communication
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets & Workspace skills
• Willingness to travel ~40%, including rural locations
