Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall branch operations and ensure achievement of business targets.
• Lead and supervise the branch team, including field and collection staff.
• Manage JLG loan origination, disbursement, collection, and recovery activities.
• Identify new customers and ensure timely loan processing and disbursement.
• Monitor repayment performance and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Ensure proper customer verification, documentation, and adherence to credit policies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local stakeholders.
• Conduct regular field visits and monitor group meetings and collection activities.
