Key Responsibilities:

• Manage loan disbursement and collection activities at the assigned center.
• Conduct customer verification and ensure proper loan documentation.
• Coordinate loan disbursement as per company policies and procedures.
• Collect loan repayments from customers and ensure timely recovery.
• Maintain accurate records of disbursements, collections, and customer accounts.
• Conduct field visits for customer verification and repayment collection.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Follow up on overdue payments and support recovery activities.
