• Knowledge of mobile hardware & software issues
• Experience in diagnosing and repairing mobile components
• Good technical & problem-solving skills
• Relevant mobile repairing experience is mandatory.
   

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues in mobile phones.
• Perform component-level troubleshooting and replacement of faulty parts.
• Handle repairs related to display, battery, charging port, motherboard, camera, speaker, microphone, and connectivity.
• Conduct testing and quality checks after completing repairs.
• Use appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment safely and efficiently.
• Identify recurring faults and provide suitable technical solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and service details.
• Ensure repaired devices meet required quality and performance standards.
