Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day warehouse operations, including inward, receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Receive and verify materials against invoices, delivery challans, and system records.
• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records in the warehouse management system.
• Conduct physical stock verification, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure proper storage, stacking, labelling, and identification of materials.
• Coordinate with transport and operations teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
• Monitor stock movement and report shortages, damages, and discrepancies.
• Prepare daily warehouse and inventory reports using MS Excel/WMS.
• Follow company SOPs, warehouse safety procedures, and housekeeping standards.
• Support loading and unloading activities whenever required.
• Ensure efficient utilisation of warehouse space and maintain proper documentation.
