Job Details

• Train athletes in archery techniques, skills, and shooting methods.
• Conduct regular archery training sessions and practice drills.
• Teach proper posture, aiming, drawing, and releasing techniques.
• Assess athletes’ performance and provide individual feedback.
• Prepare athletes for competitions, tournaments, and trials.
• Develop training plans based on athletes’ skill levels and goals.
• Monitor athletes’ physical fitness, discipline, and safety during training.
• Maintain and check archery equipment such as bows, arrows, and protective gear.
