Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor bending machines as per production requirements and SOPs.
• Set up machines, tools, dies, and parameters according to job specifications.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, measurements, and work instructions.
• Perform accurate bending of metal sheets, pipes, or components as required.
• Inspect finished components for dimensions, quality, and accuracy.
• Make necessary machine adjustments to maintain required specifications.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report machine issues to the maintenance team.
• Maintain production records and report machine downtime.
• Follow 5S, safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Maintain and clean machines, tools, and the work area regularly.
