Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update shipment, inventory, order, and delivery-related data in the system.
• Maintain accurate records of inward and outward materials.
• Verify data received from warehouse and operations teams.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Update inventory and stock-related information in Excel or company software.
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, delivery challans, GRNs, dispatch records, and other operational documents.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and operations teams for data verification.
• Identify and correct data-entry errors and discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company information.
• Perform other data-entry and administrative activities assigned by the supervisor.
