Bajaj Capital is hiring Sales Executives for its Kanpur locations. The selected candidates will be responsible for customer interaction, lead generation, explaining financial/insurance products, follow-ups and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through calling and other sources.
• Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements.
• Explain suitable financial and insurance products to customers.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Maintain regular communication with customers.
• Maintain customer and sales records.
• Coordinate with the team for documentation and customer onboarding.
• Provide proper customer service and post-sales support.

Eligibility

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Comfortable with target-based sales.
• Willingness to work from any of the mentioned Kanpur locations.
