We are seeking a skilled and creative Web Designer & Developer to manage, maintain, and continuously improve our official college websites and web applications. In this role, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing web pages, managing content updates, ensuring compliance with institutional guidelines, and integrating new functionality using WordPress, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities

• Website Design & Maintenance: Design, build, and maintain responsive web pages using WordPress and front-end tools (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
• Content & Layout Management: Create and update college landing pages, academic notices, regulatory disclosures, event portals, and state-wise or department-wise directory pages.
• WordPress Administration: Install, configure, and customize WordPress themes, page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.), and plugins (e.g., TablePress, form builders, SEO tools).
• UI/UX Optimization: Ensure smooth navigation, fast page-load speeds, and desktop-to-mobile responsiveness across all institutional domains.
• Graphic & Banner Design: Create clean web banners, promotional graphics, and visual elements to support campus announcements and recruitment drives.
• Troubleshooting & Security: Diagnose layout bugs, broken links, plugin conflicts, and ensure regular website backups and security updates.
• Compliance & Auditing: Keep mandatory web disclosures, regulatory committee pages, and inspection-related documentation updated as per academic norms.
