Key Responsibilities:

• Make regular follow-up calls to clients on issued quotations
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding client responses and requirements
• Maintain follow-up status and client details in google sheets
• Track pending, active, and closed quotations
• Share daily and weekly follow-up reports with the seniors
• Respond to basic client queries and escalate when required
• Ensure timely and professional communication with customers

Required Skills 

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Confident and polite calling skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Good organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to work in a team and meet follow-up targets
