Job Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting activities.
• Maintain sales, purchase, payment and receipt entries.
• Manage accounts using Tally Prime.
• Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers.
• Handle GST and TDS-related work and documentation.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers and other accounting documents.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliation.
• Maintain proper records of cash and bank transactions.
• Assist in preparing monthly accounting reports.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting work.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Coordinate with management regarding accounting-related matters.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of Tally Prime.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Jewellery industry accounting experience preferred.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle accounting work independently.
