Business Relationship Officer (BRO)

Candidate will be responsible for sourcing loan business from the open market through direct field activities.

The role involves building and managing relationships with customers, channel partners, and referral sources to generate quality loan files in line with company policies.

Min 1 year relevant experience from NBFC is required

Key Responsibilities •

• Source loan applications through field visits and direct customer interactions.

• Generate leads for Business Loans, LAP, and other loan products.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and referral partners.

• Conduct preliminary customer eligibility checks.

• Collect and verify complete customer documentation.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan files before submission.

• Coordinate with Credit and Operations teams for smooth loan processing.

• Track applications and ensure timely loan disbursement.

• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business targets.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, credit norms, and regulatory guidelines.

• Provide regular updates on market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• Share market feedback and business insights with management.
