Key Responsibilities

• Perform testing and inspection of solar panels as per defined quality standards and procedures.
• Operate and monitor testing equipment used for solar panel performance and electrical testing.
• Identify and report defects, abnormalities, and performance issues during the testing process.
• Support production line maintenance to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting of electrical/electronic equipment and production machinery.
• Maintain testing records, production reports, and other required documentation.
• Follow SOPs, quality standards, safety procedures, and 5S practices on the production floor.
