Position - HR Recruiter – Staffing & Recruitment

Role Overview:- 

1. • Understand client requirements and job descriptions

   • Screen and shortlist candidates based on

   • Conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.

   • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

   • Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

   • Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.

   • Negotiate salary and communicate job offers.

   • Ensure timely joining and onboarding coordination.

   • Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.

   • Maintain regular communication with clients.

   • Prepare recruitment reports and documentation.

   • Handle candidate queries and provide a positive candidate experience.

   🎯 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

   • Number of candidates sourced and screened.

   • Interview-to-selection ratio.

   • Joining/conversion ratio.

   • Timely closure of vacancies.

   • Candidate retention and joining quality.

   • Achievement of monthly recruitment targets.

   • Client satisfaction and response time.

   🎓 Required Qualifications

   • Graduate in any discipline.

   • HR/Business Administration qualification is preferred.

   • 1–2 years of recruitment/staffing experience preferred.

   • Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

   💰 Compensation & Benefits

2. ₹16,000–₹18,000 NTH + Incentives

   • After 6 months: PF & ESIC/Medical benefits will be added.

   • Location: Patna, Bihar

   • Experience: 1–2 years

Working Hours - 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Mon-Fri)
