Job Description

We are hiring  Marketing Executives for Generali Central Life Insurance Company Limited. The selected candidates will be responsible for supporting office operations, documentation, customer coordination, lead generation, marketing activities and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day back-office and office coordination activities.
• Maintain customer records, documents and reports.
• Perform data entry and documentation work.
• Coordinate with internal teams for customer-related requirements.
• Generate leads through calling and other marketing activities.
• Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements.
• Explain relevant insurance products and services to customers.
• Follow up with leads and prospective customers.
• Support customer acquisition and business development activities.
• Maintain daily activity and customer records.
• Assist with customer documentation and onboarding.
• Achieve assigned work and business targets as applicable.
• Follow company policies, processes and guidelines.

• 12th Pass / Graduate candidates can apply.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Good communication skills in Hindi.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Candidates should be comfortable with office-based work and customer interaction.
