Field Officer – Microfinance

We are looking for motivated Field Officers to support loan operations and customer relationships in assigned areas. The role involves field visits, customer acquisition, documentation, loan collection, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to identify prospective borrowers and Self-Help Groups (SHGs).
• Support the complete loan lifecycle, including KYC, documentation, and disbursement.
• Ensure timely collection of loan installments from customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and local communities.
• Verify customer information and ensure required documentation is complete.
• Achieve assigned business and collection targets.
• Maintain accurate records and submit regular field reports.
