Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional hairdressing and styling services to clients.
• Consult with clients to understand their requirements and recommend suitable hairstyles and treatments.
• Perform haircuts, blow-drying, styling, hair colouring, highlighting, and other hair services.
• Create customized hairstyles for different occasions, including bridal and party looks.
• Assess hair and scalp conditions and recommend suitable hair care services.
• Use hair styling tools, equipment, and products safely and effectively.
• Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation of tools, equipment, and workstations.
• Guide and assist junior hairdressers and team members when required.
• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.
• Follow salon standards, safety procedures, and service protocols.
