PCB Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

• Operate PCB manufacturing and assembly machines as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform PCB assembly, component insertion, soldering, and related production activities.
• Monitor machines and production processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Conduct basic quality checks to identify defects, errors, or damaged components.
• Follow production schedules and achieve daily output and quality targets.
• Maintain proper handling of PCBs, electronic components, and production materials.
• Follow 5S, ESD, safety, and quality standards at the workplace.
• Identify machine/process abnormalities and report them to the supervisor or maintenance team.
• Maintain production records, checklists, and process documentation.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a clean and safe production area.
