Key Responsibilities:- 

• Make outbound calls to customers using company-provided calling software.

• Communicate with customers in Odia and collect their feedback accurately.

• Update customer information and feedback correctly in the system.

• Follow the provided calling script, maintain professional call quality, and achieve daily calling targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluency in Odia with good verbal communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use online applications and calling software.

• Must have a quiet and suitable work environment at home.

• Comfortable working independently and following the required work schedule.

Training and Joining Process

Selected candidates will receive 3 days of online training to understand the calling process, customer interaction guidelines, and software usage. The training period is unpaid. Candidates who successfully complete the training will receive an offer letter through email and can proceed with the joining process.

Important Information

The company will provide dedicated calling software for making customer calls. Candidates will not be required to use their personal mobile phone for calling. Access to the candidates system may be required for installation and configuration of the calling software.

Candidates will be required to submit basic documents including Aadhar Card, PAN Card, and one passport size photograph during the joining process.

Working Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM

Lunch Break: 30 Minutes

Weekly Off: Sunday
