Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon and ensure smooth workflow.
• Deliver and maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
• Supervise salon staff, manage performance, and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and coach new and existing employees.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback and guidance.
• Manage salon budgets, payroll, expenses, and financial records.
• Develop and implement promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clients.
