Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the dealership.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information on vehicles, features, and services.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and follow-ups professionally.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Service, and Delivery teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales and delivery process.
• Support vehicle delivery and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Promote the dealership’s brand image, products, and services.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant information in the system.
