Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor industrial boilers safely and efficiently.
• Maintain required steam pressure, temperature, and water levels as per operating parameters.
• Conduct routine inspections of boilers, valves, pumps, gauges, and related equipment.
• Monitor fuel consumption and ensure efficient boiler operation.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain boiler logs, operating parameters, and daily records.
• Check water quality and coordinate with the water-treatment team as required.
• Identify abnormal conditions, leaks, pressure fluctuations, or equipment issues and report them promptly.
• Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and statutory boiler regulations.
• Ensure proper handling of fuel, chemicals, and boiler-related equipment.
• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime.
• Maintain cleanliness and good housekeeping around the boiler area.
