BYS Agro Pvt. Ltd. is building its business in the agricultural commodities and food products trading sector. The BDM will be responsible for creating and expanding the company's market from the ground up, developing buyers and suppliers, establishing distribution channels, and generating sustainable sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the market for BYS Agro's agricultural and food products.
• Identify and acquire wholesalers, distributors, retailers, institutional buyers, processors, traders and corporate customers.
• Develop a strong network of farmers, FPOs, aggregators, mandis and suppliers.
• Identify new markets and geographical areas for product expansion.
• Generate leads and convert them into regular customers.
• Negotiate prices, quantities, payment terms and business agreements within company guidelines.
• Develop and manage the company's sales and distribution network.
• Build long-term relationships with key buyers and suppliers.
• Monitor market prices, demand, competition and emerging opportunities.
• Develop strategies for launching new products and entering new markets.

Qualification & Skills

• Strong knowledge of agricultural commodity markets will be an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and networking skills.
• Ability to independently develop a market for a new company/brand.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Uttar Pradesh and other markets as required.
• Strong target-oriented and entrepreneurial approach.
