Role Overview: The BOPT Operator at Flipkart is responsible for operating a Battery Operated Pallet Truck to safely and efficiently move pallets, inventory, and other materials within the Flipkart warehouse/fulfilment centre.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate BOPT safely for movement of pallets and materials.
• Move goods between inbound, storage, picking, staging and dispatch areas.
• Load, unload and position pallets at designated locations.
• Support warehouse activities such as put-away and material movement.
• Follow warehouse SOPs, safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Conduct basic equipment checks before operation.
• Report BOPT/equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Handle products carefully to avoid damage.
• Maintain workplace safety and cleanliness.
• Achieve assigned productivity and operational targets.
• Coordinate with warehouse associates and supervisors.
