Key Responsibilities

• Provide primary healthcare services, medical consultation, diagnosis, and treatment to patients during MMU visits.
• Conduct general health check-ups and identify patients requiring further medical investigation or referral.
• Prescribe appropriate medicines and provide guidance on their correct usage.
• Maintain patient records, medical case sheets, prescriptions, and other required documentation.
• Conduct health awareness and preventive healthcare sessions for the community.
• Support screening activities for common health conditions and facilitate timely referrals to appropriate health facilities.
• Coordinate with the Staff Nurse, Driver-cum-Assistant, and field team to ensure effective delivery of MMU services.
• Ensure proper maintenance and availability of medicines, medical equipment, and essential supplies.
• Participate in health camps, community outreach activities, and other programme-related activities.
• Follow applicable medical standards, organizational policies, and professional ethics.
• Prepare and submit medical reports and other required information to the concerned project/management team.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management in connection with the Mobile Medical Unit.
