Key Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance across the hotel.
• Attend to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC and general maintenance requirements.
• Ensure guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house facilities remain fully operational.
• Respond promptly to maintenance complaints and guest requests.
• Conduct regular inspections and identify potential equipment or facility issues.
• Maintain tools, equipment and engineering records.
• Follow safety, energy conservation and hotel engineering standards.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when required.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in hotel engineering or facility maintenance preferred.
• Multi-skilled knowledge across electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Safety-conscious, disciplined and hands-on.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts and respond to emergency maintenance requirements.
