F&B Associate – ZANA Luxury Escapes

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, personalised and professional service to guests.
• Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain restaurant/outlet setup, cleanliness and service standards.
• Demonstrate good knowledge of menu, ingredients and daily specials.
• Handle guest requests and coordinate with Kitchen and other departments.
• Follow hotel standards for grooming, hygiene, food safety and service.
• Assist with opening, closing and day-to-day F&B operations.
• Support the team during busy periods and special events.
