We are hiring Trimming Machine Operators to perform finishing operations on molded components in a manufacturing environment. The selected candidates will be responsible for operating trimming machines, ensuring product quality, following safety procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized workstation.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate trimming machines to remove excess material, flash, and unwanted portions from molded components.
• Ensure proper clamping, machine setup, and safe operation of equipment.
• Perform visual inspections of finished components to identify defects.
• Report machine abnormalities, product defects, or quality issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the workstation.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workplace safety guidelines.
• Assist with basic machine maintenance and routine housekeeping activities.
• Complete shift-wise production records and required documentation.
• Support the production team in achieving quality and productivity targets.

• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
