Candidate Requirements

• Candidates with prior experience must provide valid experience proof/documents.
• Non-local/Migrated candidates are preferred for this position.
• Age: 21 to 30 years.
• Selected candidates should be willing to work at a job location at least 70 km away from their home location.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential customers for micro-loan products.
• Explain loan schemes, eligibility, terms, and repayment details to customers.
• Collect and verify customer documents and required information.
• Conduct customer visits and basic field-level verification.
• Process loan applications as per company guidelines.
• Maintain regular contact with customers and support timely loan repayments.
• Follow up on overdue payments and assist with collection activities.
• Maintain accurate customer and loan records.
• Follow company policies, compliance requirements, and field safety procedures.
