Key Responsibilities

Cash Management & Replenishment

• Load and unload cash at assigned ATM machines according to scheduled daily timelines.
• Verify cash count and total value accurately during loading, unloading, and transit.
• Perform cash balancing and physical audits to reconcile the remaining cash with electronic journal logs.
• Collect remaining cash or retracted notes from the ATM vault securely.

ATM Maintenance & Field Operations

• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as clearing paper jams, card reader errors, and replacing receipt rolls.
• Conduct routine health checks on ATM machines to ensure screen, keypad, and networking functions are active.
• Log technical faults and report major hardware or software malfunctions immediately to the central helpdesk or service team.
• Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the assigned ATM kiosks
