Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.
• Perform servicing, maintenance and major repair jobs as per OEM standards.
• Handle engine, transmission, suspension, brake and electrical-related repairs.
• Use diagnostic tools and workshop equipment for accurate fault diagnosis.
• Complete assigned jobs within the committed TAT.
• Conduct quality checks after repair and minimize rework.
• Guide and support Junior/Helper Technicians during repair work.
• Coordinate with the Service Advisor and Team Leader for job completion.
• Maintain proper use of tools, equipment and spare parts.
• Follow workshop safety, quality and OEM SOPs.

Required Skills:

• Relevant automobile workshop experience preferred.
• Good technical and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Ability to handle complex repair jobs independently.
